Inspired by Franco Battiato's poem “La Cura”, Lacura, is here to take care of you, to inspire and protect you. Its soothing aroma will calm your soul. Lacura, the name of this perfume extrait sounds a bit like Latin or some magic language for "protection or cure".

In the times when most people still believed in the magic of scent, orange blossom was considered to be a symbol/good charm for marital harmony and bliss (and often it’s still part of brides’ bouquets). Mendittorosa still believe in perfume magic crafting their blends in the old town of Napoli and Lacura is their recipe for lifting moods and happy dreams.

Lacura is here to take care of you. To inspire and protect you. Its soothing aroma calms down your soul. Precious citrus flowers essences, subtle Veloutone musk and lavender undertone, create a perfumed hug on your skin. DESIGN

The bottle caps are entirely formed by hand, every twist and turn. This visionary design from Italian artist Mauro Carraza finds order amongst chaos and evokes tangles and knots; roots and streets; a nest… tangles of protection. Each bottle is encased and protected by a wooden box – a signature symbol of the Mendittorosa fragrances – each handcrafted by Tuscan sculptor and artist Alessandro Reggioli.
