Do your workshops have a minimum age requirement?

Our minimum age requirement to participate in our perfume workshops is 16 years. 

Our minimum age requirement to participate in our candle and solid perfume workshops is 12 years. Anyone aged 12-15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Participants aged 16 and over may participate unaccompanied to all workshops.

Can I have a friend or family member join me at the workshop?

As we have limited seating at our studio and do not allow people to accompany their friends/family to the workshops.
We do accommodate extra people under certain conditions; for example, people who need to bring their support worker in order to help them participate, or for a responsible adult to accompany an attendee aged 12-16. If your friend/family member would like to join the workshop, they will need to purchase a place in the workshop as well.

Can I refund or reschedule my booking?

Metascent does not offer refunds for a change of mind. If you are unable to attend your booking, we ask 24 hours notice to reschedule your booking. If you are unable to attend but do not know when you will be able to reschedule, we will place your booking on hold until you can find a date that works for you.
