"Timeless Heritage – The Eternal Essence"

 

This year's exhibition is a journey into the timeless beauty of fragrance across historical periods and cultures. The theme Timeless Heritage celebrates traditional values, precious ingredients, and the artistry of perfumery from around the world, while inspiring new creations that bridge the past and the future. 

Olfactory Odyssey III: Timeless Heritage is not only a celebration of the timeless allure of perfumery but also an opportunity to connect artisans, researchers, and fragrance enthusiasts from around the globe. 

We warmly invite you to participate in Olfactory Odyssey III: Timeless Heritage, where heritage and the art of fragrance come to life. This exhibition offers a platform for your unique creations to be showcased to an audience of collectors, experts, and fragrance lovers.

 

WHO CAN SUBMIT FRAGRANCE SAMPLES?
Independent perfumers, artisans, or niche brands.
Fragrance enthusiasts with self-created works and unique stories. Fragrances inspired by cultural, historical, or personal heritage.

 

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Sample Size: Two samples of either 30ml or 50ml (one for evaluation, one for exhibition display)

2. Accompanying Information:

  • Fragrance name.
  • Description of the concept or inspiration (maximum 200 words).
  • List of key ingredients or fragrance notes.
  • Contact information (name, email, or phone number).

3. Submission Deadline: Before May 15, 2025.

ODYSSEY III EXHIBITION - 2025

Theme: Timeless Heritage
We are pleased to announce three special awards for the fragrances participating in the Olfactory Odyssey III Exhibition in 2025. These awards are designed to honor heritage, creativity, and iconic achievements in the world of perfumery.

1. The Unique Heritage Scent Award

Honoring unique fragrances deeply connected to the cultural heritage and spirit of a region or era.

  • Criteria: Fragrances inspired by historical, cultural, or regionally distinctive ingredients, delivering a meaningful and profound story.
  • Objective: To bridge the past and present, creating a timeless olfactory legacy.

2. The Legacy Scent Award 

  • Recognising fragrances with enduring appeal that connect generations.
  • Criteria: Fragrances that exude timelessness, leave a strong impression
  • and stand as icons through the ages. 
  • Objective: To celebrate masterpieces that transcend trends and become everlasting symbols.

3. The Avant-Garde Scent Award

  • Celebrating groundbreaking fragrances that push boundaries and usher in a new era of creativity.
  • Criteria: Bold innovations, cutting-edge craftsmanship, and the ability to
  • evoke powerful emotional responses. 
  • Objective: To encourage innovation in perfumery and set new trends.

 

These awards not only honor exceptional fragrances but also aim to foster continuous development and creativity within the perfume industry. We eagerly await the unique creations that will participate in this year’s exhibition!

We are excited to share more details about the Olfactory Odyssey III Exhibition, including how to apply, the exhibition date, and key event highlights. This year’s theme, “Timeless Heritage,” promises to honor fragrances that connect the past, present, and future of perfumery.

 

Exhibition Date & Venue

  • Date: July 19-27, 2025
  • Location: Lotus Gallery, Hochiminh City.
  • Exhibition Hours: 9:30:00 AM - 5:30 PM daily

 

This 3-day event will feature: 

  • Interactive showcases of the most innovative and heritage-inspired fragrances. 
  • Engaging talks by industry leaders on the evolution of perfumery.
  • Networking opportunities with perfumers, brand owners, and fragrance enthusiasts.

 

How to Apply/Eligibility:

 

  • Open to perfumers, fragrance houses, and brands from all over the world.
  • Fragrances must align with one of the three award categories:
  1. Unique Heritage Scent
  2. Legacy Scent
  3. Avant-Garde Scent

 

Application Process:

1. Submit Your Fragrance: Provide 2 x 30ml sample bottles of your fragrance, accompanied by its concept and inspiration (maximum 500 words). 

2. Complete the Application Form below

3. Pay the Entry Fee: A $100 entry fee is required per fragrance submission.

4. Payment details will be provided upon form submission.

 

Deadline for Applications:

• Submissions must be received by May 15, 2025.

This year’s exhibition will celebrate the “Timeless Heritage” of perfumery with the following highlights:

Winners of the three awards will be announced on the opening day July 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

perfumers and industry experts.

 

4. Networking Lounge:
 

Connect with industry professionals, from emerging talents to established brands.
